Hi! I’m StarLight.
Founder, lifelong gamer, community builder, and the friendly neighborhood loot goblin behind Loot Goblin Gamers.

Where it started
Built from competition, friendship, and community.
My gaming journey began in 1998 with Half-Life Deathmatch. I quickly fell in love with the competition, the friendships, and the sense of community that formed around online gaming.
In 1999, I founded Girlz Clan, an all-female gaming clan created to give women a place to play, compete, and connect during a time when female gamers were still often treated like outsiders.
We competed at LAN events and participated in the Cyberathlete Amateur League, becoming part of the early world of competitive PC gaming. More than just a clan, Girlz Clan became a community where women could build friendships, improve their skills, and proudly claim their place in gaming.
